We purchased a 2003 Honda Accord w/120,000 miles from Bommarito Honda of Hazelwood, Mo. We were very pleased with the negotiated price and the friendliness of our salesmen. While driving the car home, we noticed the transmission was miss-shifting. We called and spoke to our salesmen who told us to bring it in and they would check it out. We were devastated that we had just bought a car with a bad transmission! (The car had been traded the day prior to us purchasing it, so I am certain that the dealership could not have known about the transmission problem! We bought it before it had even been detailed!) We were pretty confident that we would be paying the full price of around $3,000 for a new transmission. After the service department evaluated the car, it was determined that it did indeed need a new transmission. The dealership gave us two options: 1) a used Honda transmission with no warranty; or 2) a remanufactured Honda transmission for $800+3yr/36,000 mile warranty. We were ecstatic with our options. We fully expected that the dealership would not help us due to the age and mileage of the car. We could not have asked for a better outcome. We love the car and are extremely pleased with Bommarito Honda. I can't say enough about how well we were treated! More

Only complaint I could make... last time I was at the dealership, there were no water bottles in the fridge and when the vacuumed the car there was lots of grass in the back. It's a mini-van, so it's a larger car, but nobody ever told me they just vacuum the driver's side floor or anything. Thought it was a quick pickup of the entire vehicle. Now, that's just for sake of saying something critical.... this dealership is really amazing and goes above and beyond!!! Makes sense since we were also referred to them and Dan by someone who was equally pleased with their experience. More

We requested internet pricing and had an amazingly quick reposnse with a great price, beating other dealers in the area. An Appt was set for the next morning.
