We purchased a new 2013 Odyssey EX-L w/RES. The price was much lower than local dealerships best deal, and came from near Birmingham, AL to buy. The salesperson, Sue Doyle was straight forward and transparent from the beginning. She was very accommodating and exceeded my expectations. Sue made arrangements to pick us up from the airport. There were no surprises or additional fees when we closed. Unlike experiences with other dealers there were no shady tactics or hidden fees. Everything was exactly as she promised over the phone/email. Jim Fincannon was the finance guy. We agreed on a rate over the phone, and at the closing he was able to get a .25 % lower rate than originally stated. They could have financed me at the originally agreed upon rate, then pocketed the extra .25% and I would have never known. I was surprised with this dealership because of their honesty and transparency. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and would buy from them again. More

The engine in my last car was having issues, which I had bought at Bommarito Honda also, and so I came back to see what my options were. I went in on a Saturday without an appointment and found that Aaron was already working with someone. He acknowledged me and told me he'd be right with me. This confidence means their prices aren't quite as low as some of the other dealers in the surrounding area, but I believe the extra I paid was worth it in service and product. I did not compare them to other Honda dealers so I can't comment on that, but I feel I got a good price on what I bought (Civic). More
