I think the time we spend at the dealer was more visiting and getting to know Kevin than it was about car talk or negotiating about the car. Jason worked very hard on my behalf to get this loan done, in fact I think the dealership went out of there way to put me in a new 2013 Honday Accord EX-L. I had a great experience working with Sue Doyle, her manager and also finance rep, Jim Fincannon. The initial quote for my price was the lowest I got among 7 dealers except that another internet rep gav manager and also finance rep, Jim Fincannon. The initial quote for my price was the lowest I got among 7 dealers except that another internet rep gave me an almost similar quote, but when I said that to Sue she explained to me about additional incentives like free service, nitrofill in tyre etc they usually offer and I was convinced. They had the exact car (CRV-EX) with the color I wanted in stock. After initial conversation thro' emails, I went there, took only 2 hours for me to complete the transactions. The time spent also included waiting for my insurance rep to send my new insurance certificate by fax. So everything was perfect and I will definitely go to this dealer for any future buy/sell. More

I had been looking for a used car/suv in my price range and was very excited when I saw a 2006 Kia Sportage online that was very gently used. He was great, went out to make sure the car was still available and informed me within 10 minutes of my original call to tell me it was still for sale! Michael was wonderful, even though the car was probably much cheaper than most he sells, he never treated us like we weren't important. He and the mechanics bent over backwards to let us put the car on the rack so we could view the under carriage and after they allowed us to inspect the car up and down...we bought the car. I appreciate that he didn't give us the run around for my trade in too which I feel we received a fair value for. Thank you so much for helping us, and me with my first "real" (with no parental co-signer) car purchase!!!
