I found a used Honda CRV on Autotrader.com one evening. I sent a request to the dealer, Bommarito, for more information on the vehicle, and Michael responded. I went in to the dealer the next day at my lunch to look at the car and spoke to Michael again. Again, he was very attentive and helpful. That evening when I got off work, I returned, and left with the new car. The dealership closed at 6:00pm, but Michael didn't complain that we weren't finished with the deal. He stayed until we had it worked out. The finance guy, Josh Sedivy was equally helpful. I was very skeptical about financing through the dealership, so I had set up a pre-approval with my credit union prior. Josh was able to get me a better deal, and really took the time to show me how the payment was being calculated, as well as what my choices were in the financing of my vehicle. Kudos to Bommarito! We decided to visit Bommarito Honda after seeing the great reviews on here as well as seeing the great selection of vehicles that they offered. I purchased a Honda from another dealership here in St. Louis and had a great experience, so I was hesitant to go to another, but their selection of what they had in stock was not able to meet our needs. I initiated an internet inquiry about a couple of cars and received correspondence back right away from Michael Minner. I was able to set an appointment the next day and test drive a few cars. Michael was very helpful, friendly, and made the whole process for my wife and I very comfortable. We ended up leaving that day after our test drives to talk some more. We decided to return the next day and test drive another car that we had our eyes on. Again, Michael had everything ready for us. Negotiating the car price was even fine (we wanted a little bit lower of a price, but his manager would not allow it). In the end we feel like we got a really good car at a good price. Working with Josh in the finance department was also a great experience. He was very helpful and I didn't feel at any moment that he was trying to take advantage of us. I contacted him just a few hours before arriving at Bommarito Honda for a few test drives of pre-owned vehicles; yet informative shopping experience. Michael was helpful, friendly, and attentive, but allowed us to roam freely without hassle. The finance department worked well with my monthly budget and rate. I have rated Bommarito Honda with the highest rating I could because they deserve it. My wife and I were shopping for a new Honda Odyssey EX-L. We presented our needs to five different dealers and ask each of them to shoot their best price. We did not run back and forth between them, we tried to do be fair to each one to win our business. In all but one we had a good experience. This being an internet age, I did one last search on autotrader.com and found Bommarito Honda offering my van for about $1000.00 less than the best deal offered to me. We negotiated the final price and fees and it was a no brainer for me to buy from them that day. I drove three hours that day to get there, spent less than two hours to close the deal, was home before my kids went to bed. Special thanks to Michael Minner and the sales staff. They were professional and took time with me but did not waste my time. I always listen for "qualifiers" stuff like "I gotta be honest with you" or frankly speaking" and I heard none of that. They spoke with intergity and I felt strongly that they made me the best deal. That said, I hope they made some money, I want to go back for my next purchase. My hope is that they will save me the 6 weeks of shopping next time. Time is money...integrity is priceless. More

The dealership was able to offer a new Honda CRV at the same price as a used 2012 CRV at West County Honda. We agreed on a 2WD for a good price, but the car would have to be ordered. I went way over my mileage after leasing my 2010 Honda civic three years ago. Almost double what it should have been. So I was thinking I would have to pay almost $4,000.00 in overage. So I went in to Honda thinking I was ping to have to pay a small fortune to make things right. Mike Knollhoff greeted me and my problems with open arms. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the cars and financial solutions that suited me best. He ended up getting me in a brand new 2013 civic on a new lease with more mileage allowed per year, and I only owed the first payment that day!!! Not only that but all the maintenance perks you get when buying/leasing a car with Honda. Like free oil changes and car washes for the first two years!
