I have had excellent customer service from both the dealership and Ian. They go above and beyond in their customer service and make me feel live a valued customer. My mother goes here as well for service on her Honda and they have gone out of her way to help her with replacement of tires. I highly recommend Bommarito Honda and Ian Johnson. He is super friendly and genuinely cares about you as a customer. He is not high pressure at all and although he wants to put you in a Honda (that is his job after all), he also looks out for your best interests and finds a way to make it work for you. I will never hesitate to recommend a purchase from this dealership! More

I definitely would like to recommend the dealership, the staff was very professional. I did not feel pressured by the salesperson at any time and the whole experience was relatively easy going ( as easy go staff was very professional. The price I ended up paying for was very reasonable and everybody I have talked to afterwords told me i got a great deal. On top of that I lost my cellphone in one the test cars and they were able to find it. Overall, a great car buying experience. More

Mike Knollhoff went way above and beyond to take care of us, even though he is in sales dept.. He got our car in quickly...let me use his own vehicle while I was waiting...and took complete care of the pro us, even though he is in sales dept.. Josh Berry was a great salesman who was proactive and worked hard to get the best price possible. I had a fairly limited budget and that made it difficult to buy an Accord, but Josh was patient with us a worked hard to get the best price possible.
