I have never liked buying a car. There is always that feeling that you are about to be lied to, tricked or worse. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist. Within minutes I was introduced to Jason Banos. From that point forward I was in great hands. He was upfront about the car I was buying. He got the CarFax to me - told me as much history about the car he could - listened to me as I was trying to make sure I stayed within my budget. He took the time to introduce me to folks in the service center. When I left I felt good - actually good - about the whole process. I'd buy a car from Jason and Bommarito again. More

We do not like to be swarmed by sales people when looking at a product. While I understand that is part of their job to meet the customer, I do not like it. As we were looking at several cars, Doug looking at a product. While I understand that is part of their job to meet the customer, I do not like it. As we were looking at several cars, Doug did come out, but he stood there and let me look until I was ready to ask questions. Once we started asking questions he was so nice and would give me the price and all the particulars about the car. I told him I never buy on the spot and would have to think about it. He accepted that. We did go inside and he gave me the car fax and all the details of the car. This was on a Tuesday afternoon, we left. I thought about it and my husband went on Wednesday to ask some more questions. Doug sent my husband to my work with the car for me to test drive, he stated he would not sell me the car until I drove it. I really like that. Needless to say I loved the car, but was still unsure if I wanted to buy another car, never any presure from Doug. I called my husband late in the afternoon and told him to call Doug and to have all the paper work ready, that all I wanted to do was walk in and sign. Everything was ready, we signed the papers, Doug had the car setting out side the door, it had a full tank of gas and I will get life time washes. It was a great exerience at Bommarito Honda and Doug was the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a easy, pressure free, buying experience. More
