However, had I not had a backup offer on my trade in, the purchase would not have been possible. Their evaluation of my trade was to say the least "insulting" 50% of fair trade in value even bottom of rank as "Fair condition" is not an offer that should be accepted by anyone. Lucky for both Bommarito and myself I had a standing offer to sell the vehicle outright to another dealership for 2 times Bommarito's offer and that is not even trading on a vehicle on their lot. Bommarito, Please know that if I had not had a back up plan you would not have had a sale at all as it was out of my budget without having the "REAL" value of my trade in as a down payment. And, if you were not the only ones with exactly what I was looking for, your offer would have driven me away. Bottom line, I received a great deal on the purchase just had to do it the hard way... He did great job to take care of us, and tried hard to make a deal at the price we want. Because it was a Saturday, there were full of customers in the dealership. Even though Josh was super busy (he had to take care of multiple customers at once, btw it was not his fault, my original consultant who emailed with me was off, so he had to take of my family without appointment in advance), he was really good to time manage between customers. The price dealing time was not long. I gave him what was my goal price, and he talked to his manager then came back with a great price. I knew what other people paid for the Odyssey by checking the Edmunds forum, and truly it was a great price. Guess what, he needed to go back to his manage again because I wanted even lower price. :) Surprisingly, it worked. I think I got a SUPER deal on my new Odyssey and great care from Josh. I highly recommended him to others in the St. Louis area. I have checked all Honda dealership in town, and this dealership was the best one here. More

I purchased a used vehicle from Mike Knollhoff in November of 2012 and was extremely satisfied with the service that both Mike and Jason G. in the finance department provided me. After my wife's car had some mechanical issues, we decided it was time for another vehicle and I was excited to see Bommarito again had a few vehicles I was interested in. Mike again provided excellent service, meeting with me for many hours on a Friday and on a Saturday to get a deal that both my wife and I were comfortable with. We now have two cars from Bommarito, and I'm extremely thankful for my friends who referred me to Mike when I first started car shopping back in November.
