I had been looking for over 3 weeks for a great car. I came across a 2009 honda civic with low miles on the Bommarito Honda website but it was right after they closed. A little while after i sent the email i received a few emails from Michael Minner telling me he had received my request and would look into everything I had asked about when he returned in the morning. He told me in the email that if I needed anything to let him know. He called me right away when he got into work to find out if there was anything I needed to know about the vehicle and that he would work to get the car ready for me to view it. He was very nice and helpful when we got to the dealership and the car wasn't ready yet. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He help us through the whole process to make it enjoyable and pleasant. I would recommend this dealership and Mike to all of my friends and family. This was our second time dealing with Sue at Bommarito Honda over the internet. Sue is professional, quick to respond, and does not mess around with the usual auto sales gimmicks/misleading quotes. In and out in 4 hours on Saturday is pretty good in my opinion. I will always recommend Bommarito Honda to anyone looking to purchase. Sue was very prompt in replying and we when got to the dealership she knew what we wanted and had the car available for a test drive. Negotiating the price and trade was stress free. We got a deal that I was highly pleased with and without the haggling that I’ve experienced at other dealers. Sue was extremely knowledgeable about the Accord and explained all the upgrades from the ’06 Accord I was trading. Before we drove off with our new Accord, Sue thoroughly explained all the features and setup our phone. The whole process of the test drive, finalizing the price and financing, explaining all the car’s features and driving away with a new Accord took just a little over three hours on a busy Saturday afternoon. This was by far my best car buying experience. I would highly recommend Sue and the Bommarito team for your next Honda purchase. More
