This past Saturday I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic, and my salesman was Mike Knollhoff. All I can say is that he was an excellent sales person. Buying a car is as dreaded for me as it is for some to go to the dentist. Except this time. I have purchased 6 other cars in my life, and not ONE other salesperson was concerned about how I was treated as mu to the dentist. Except this time. I have purchased 6 other cars in my life, and not ONE other salesperson was concerned about how I was treated as much as Aaron. During the price negotiation, I had to leave as I got the familiar anxiety and didn't want to make another car purchase in that frame of thinking. Normally I walk away and don't come back. Aaron was very concerned about my abrupt departure, but I was too embarrassed to explain at that moment how an otherwise adult professional woman comes undone negotiating a car price. When I called back later, he still was just as professional and didn't show one moment of annoyance with my bizarre departure. I returned to pick up the car a couple of days later, and it was then that I owned up to why I had bolted. Aaron again was very courteous and understanding. So as crazy as this review sounds, Aaron really did do a great job making me feel as comfortable as possible in this one area where I am not comfortable. Thanks Aaron! More

Talked a bit and asked me what it is that I want from a car. Every time we talked about something non business related, never once he tried to cut us off to talk about the car. He's a master at relating to people and meeting their needs. They just go above and beyond to make sure the car you get is in its absolute best condition. VIP treatment basically. I would recommend anyone I know to to business with them. They care so much about their customers and that's the key in this competitive business world. Many thanks to them all. Kevin Hall worked hard to find the best car for me in the price range I could afford. He took a great deal of time to answer my questions and explain in plain words what I didn't understand about the various price range I could afford. A friend recommended Kevin as someone who would get me the very best deal possible. He's known him personally for more than a decade and could vouch for his integrity. He'd purchased cars from him and could name others I know who'd returned to Kevin over the years as repeat customers. Don Scheffler was also extremely helpful and gracious, explaining various features of the car I purchased. Jason Galeski made the paperwork/financial business painless. From the moment I first spoke with Kevin Hall I knew that this car buying experience was going to be a good one. Like most people I was concerned that buying a new car would be stressful and time consuming w this car buying experience was going to be a good one. There was no high pressure and no "let me check with my boss" tactics. It was just honesty up front and clear communication throughout the entire process. The end result was a very nice car with solid professional service from sales to financing to service. Kevin Hall was a true gentleman. I can honestly say I feel I have a friend in Kevin. It is obvious that Kevin cares about people and knows his business; he truly cared about me and my wife and our wants and needs.
