Buying a car is as dreaded for me as it is for some to go to the dentist. Except this time. I have purchased 6 other cars in my life, and not ONE other salesperson was concerned about how I was treated as mu to the dentist. Except this time. During the price negotiation, I had to leave as I got the familiar anxiety and didn't want to make another car purchase in that frame of thinking. Normally I walk away and don't come back. Aaron was very concerned about my abrupt departure, but I was too embarrassed to explain at that moment how an otherwise adult professional woman comes undone negotiating a car price. When I called back later, he still was just as professional and didn't show one moment of annoyance with my bizarre departure. I returned to pick up the car a couple of days later, and it was then that I owned up to why I had bolted. Aaron again was very courteous and understanding. He's a master at relating to people and meeting their needs. They just go above and beyond to make sure the car you get is in its absolute best condition. VIP treatment basically.
