Incredible experience all around! Mike Barnett was quick to get back with us with phone calls answering questions about financing and vehicle history, texting over the full CARFAX rep Mike Barnett was quick to get back with us with phone calls answering questions about financing and vehicle history, texting over the full CARFAX report, and had the vehicle ready to test drive right when we got there. We loved the vehicle. He expedited the paperwork and got the car ready to leave the lot while we waited for my husband to come back up with our kids so he could sign paperwork. Mike Minner worked with us in finance and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! He explained packages and was honest about what he would get and packages that we shouldn’t consider. He saved us a good amount of money with his advice and kindness. Everyone was so patient and kind with our toddlers too. I was dreading getting a car with our kids at the dealership, but they made this experience quick and so enjoyable. We love our car and can’t say enough about Mike Barnett and Mike Minner at Bommarito Honda. Thank you so much for everything!!! More

We had a great experience with the salesman, Mike Rosen, who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty with who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty without telling us it wasn’t a “Honda” warranty. He also said he was cutting $750 off the price so it ended up being approximately $2250 for 8 years, 100k miles, with a $200 deductible. When we inquired a couple days later about getting a “HondaCare” warranty, he told us it wasn’t as good as the EasyCare and it would cost more (maybe $2400?). Afterwards, we did some research and went to a different dealer who sold us a true HondaCare warranty of 8 years, 120k miles and $0 deductible. It’s essentially the same coverage, with longer term, less deductible for about $1300. You do the math. Michael Minner was either dishonest, misleading, ignorant or incompetent. I wouldn’t trust the guy, and it soured me on doing any more business with Bommarito. More
