The sales effort by Aaron and Craig were first rate. Josh gave a clear and concise review of the cars features and was a pure pleasure to deal with. The experience was marred somewhat by a pushy effort by Josh (F&I dept) as he was VERY insistent on our buying an extended warranty. After a push by the sales department on why we should buy the Honda brand as very reliable, Josh comes in to say why we need to spend $1,600 to protect us against future problems with the car. When I stated that I did not want the warranty, he kept pushing. While I realize that this is a profitable product for the dealership and that Josh probably gets a commission off of this warranty sale, it was way too much and totally out of character for low key efforts by Aaron, Craig and Josh (prep and IT guy). Great experience. Very low pressure and automobile was just as advertised. I talked on the phone with Michael Minner the day before I went in regarding the car (which was very helpful) but my in-store ex just as advertised. He went above and beyond to help us get familiar with our technology in our new car while maintaining a very enthu purchase of our 2013 Honda Accord. He went above and beyond to help us get familiar with our technology in our new car while maintaining a very enthusiatic attitude. He also was very thorough in his overall explanation of the different aspects of the car and very adept at addressing all of our concerns. For example, when we noticed a small section of the panel on the passenger side seemed to be detaching. He promptly addressed the issue, offered to put us in a loaner while the service guys resolved our issue, and made us feel important. We greatly appreciated his help and patience.
