This the worst service I have ever received and unfortunately this was not the first time I have experienced rudeness at this dealership. When I got there Todd greeted me and from the start was bei unfortunately this was not the first time I have experienced rudeness at this dealership. When I got there Todd greeted me and from the start was being short with me. I told him I had many questions about tires before I purchased them and he asked me what my question was. I reminded him I had multiple questions and I needed some one who was willing to answer my questions. He finally understood and slowed down. When I made my decision on which tires I wanted to purchase, I presented him with a coupon for buy 3 get one 1 free on the tires. He said he would have to go check with his boss. He came back and said his boss would not accept the coupon but he would give me 15 percent off. I asked to speak the manager because I had already previously called and inquired about the coupon and was told that it wouldn't be a problem accepting it. I had also visited the Frank Leta Acura dealership and they were willing to accept the coupon. Matt Fair walked out his office and said he would not accept the coupon and all he could do for me is 15 percent off. He also was very rude and being very short with me and my boyfriend. He told me the coupon was not valid (as in it was not a Honda coupon and it did not say Bommarito) and it was expired. I told him I never have problem with expired coupons before and the coupon clearly said Honda at the bottom. I save them and use them as I need them each year. When my boyfriend started to question him about assisting us in a dealership that would accept the coupon Matt Fair flat out said no he would not assist us, that was not his job, and it was not his problem. My boyfriend questioned him on how everyone else was ok with accepting the coupon under the Honda name so why wasn't he and this is not how to handle a customer service issue. Matt Fair was completely unmoved by this entire conversation. He repeated to say all he could do was 15 percent. When we asked who his manager was he said there wasn't anyone over him. We asked who the manager was over the entire Bommarito building was and he only gave us a first name and refused to let us speak with him. I showed him an envelope full of Honda coupons that I had with expired dates on them and asked were these now not valid, and he said he would accept those because they said Bommarito. I asked him again how could he accept these that are expired but not the one for tires and it was only a 10 percent difference that needed to be added to the 15 percent that he was offering. He finally said, "Let me go crunch some numbers and ill get back with you." Matt Fair walked away and came back within a minute and said that was fine and walked away. I had to ask him twice for one of his business cards. Matt Fair is probably one of the rudest men I have ever come in contact with in my life! And most of the young men working in the service department have the same rude, short, attitude as well. I bought my truck from this dealership and all my services come from this dealership. I have been nothing but a loyal customer but I am tired of being treated as if my concerns and questions don't matter. I have consistently had issues anytime I get anything more than an oil change done. I will drive 30 miles to Frank Leta Honda or Frank Leta Acura from now on to make sure I receive good customer service. I will no longer patronize this business. More

Michael Minner went out of his way to ensure me that the noise on my Jeep would be fixed. He guaranteed me that Bommarito Honda would make it right before they would let me drive off the lot. My experience with Bommarito Honda was wonderful. Kevin Hall had all of my paperwork ready for me to sign and he went over each line and explained it to me. Mike was very nice and prompt from the get-go. He quickly got me the keys to the Civic Si I was interested in and let me test drive it with no fuss. We bought our 2012 Honda Odyssey from Mike last July. We LOVED it! We wanted a few more features though and he helped us get a new 2013 Odyssey! We LOVE it and Mike is fantastic!
