We had previously purchased a Honda Civic in 2011. We were interested in trading 2 vehicles for a Honda SUV. He was greeted by Milan Venezia and was quite impressed with his professionalism. My husband was a Buick car salesman before he retired, so he is familiar with how purchasing a new vehicle works. Phil texted Milan once he got home and we had a chance to talk things over to let him know which vehicle we were interested in. Sat. morning, we went to the dealership; I met Milan and the car we were interested in was ready for us to test drive. We are very pleased with the way this dealership does business, and that is why we returned to purchase our second Honda. We are extremely pleased with new Honda CR-V ! I had sent an e-mail inquiry to the Bommarito VW dealership regarding test driving a Tiguan. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained its features. He was also very helpful during the test drive -- I'm not accustomed to city driving and he was extremely good about letting me know when I needed to change lanes, and helping with merging into traffic, etc. I explained what my expectations were and mentioned that I would like to look at a Honda since I had come a distance. As we were walking over to the adjacent Bommarito Honda lot he asked about what options I was seeking and color preference and then he showed me the selection of Honda CRVs. He "ran" to get a set of keys and we set off again on a test drive. I liked the CRV, but I needed to have a few hours to think it over. I was back the next afternoon and bought a Honda CRV, but before I drove away Jay programmed by phone into the Bluetooth, show me how to operate the remote start, and reviewed how all the features operated. I left fully prepared and confident to drive home my new vehicle -- all 89 miles. More

I worked with Sue Doyle previously for my current Honda Accord lease and had a wonderful experience working with her. I retuned 1.5 yrs later when I was ready to trade my second car and Sue did an excelle Accord lease and had a wonderful experience working with her.
