A call to Aaron and within hours he had it all fixed. Josh took the time to talk me through all my options and was non-pressuring. He was very "human" in his approach. I appreciated his patience and understanding as I made a big financial decision. The next day when my husband arrived to sign the paperwork, Josh explained that the lender had changed. The original lender had wanted to charge an additional fee. Josh had taken the time to shop lenders who would match our original agreement and had secured the loan without fees. I was just recently in a car accident and totaled my car which was paid off and I loved. Needless to say, I was in the market for a top safety pick car at an affordable price. This was going to be my first new car and I wanted the experience to be a good & memorable one. It turns out that was not the case until I stepped foot into Bommarito Honda. I went and looked at several other vehicles before I got recommended to check out this location in Hazelwood. My mother and I arrived when they opened and the receptionist was so lovely and polite. Her main concern was that we had waited more than 5 minutes and there was no one to help us but her company was just enough to pass the time. Then Mr. Josh Berry took us for a test drive in the CR-V. Before the test drive we sat down and discussed my experiences and what I was looking for, I particularly liked this because we didn't start out looking at something I couldn't afford. On the drive Mr. Berry showed us all the features of the car, and it's uniqueness that separates it from other mid-size SUVs on the market. After driving the car Mr. Berry gave us the time I needed to make the decision if this was the right car for me, which I thought was respectable. Not at any point did I feel pressured to buy it that day...but I did. I had bought my first car, and I couldn't be any happier with my decision. Mr. Josh Berry and the team at Bommarito made this experience a good one to remember. I also enjoyed working with Josh Sedivy in the financials, he was very energetic and full of excitement for me buying my first car. He also made good recommendations and knowledge on the service plans. I would definitely recommend going to this location and buying your car from them.
