After my experience of purchasing a new Honda at Bommarito Honda, I can unequivocally state that it was the finest automobile purchase experience in my lifetime. I live over 100 miles away, but it was well worth the trip. I research products before I purchase them. I was impressed by the expertise of Mike Knollhoff. He not only answered my questions, but also took the time to give an excellent explanation of certain technical and practical aspects regarding vehicle technology. There was no hurry, pressure, psychological games or anything of the like. We had a great discussion and agreed on a great price. Their price was far and away the best.This is not your stereotypical dealership. This is a business with integrity. Everything they promised, they, in fact, delivered on. Since I live in a different state, I was impressed with the way that Josh Sedivy took care of all of the necessary documents.Their customer care is some of the best that I have ever encountered in any type of industry. Upon entering this dealership, I was promptly greeted by its friendly employees. I met with Sue Doyle as one of my coworkers referred me to her--this was possibly the best referral ever!!! She allowed me to speak and was not aggressive with her sales approach. In fact, it didn't even feel like she had a sales approach--it felt like I was talking with a good friend. During my purchasing process, Sue did not push me into making a decision and was patient while I weighed my options. I will, without a doubt, return to this dealership and ask for Sue when I purchase my next car. I previously owned a Jeep Liberty and now, with Sue's assistance, I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic. It's a great car so far and has amazing gas mileage! More

We have known since February that we needed a new van. I put a post on Facebook asking who to trust. Right away I got Mike Knollhoff's name at Bommarito. We talked over the phone and he seemed like a genuine guy. Then our situation changed and we quit looking at that moment. I called Mike and he was very courteous and understanding. He said he would pray for our daughter (which was the "situation" that had changed). That meant SO much to me since we had not even met! So fast forward 6 months and we are in St. Louis for an appointment at Shriner's and my husband just mentions "let's go by Bommarito". Of course we did. (now remember this was spur of the moment and extremely unplanned) We met Mike for the very first time. He is a such a nice guy! We were instantly at ease and there was no pressure! He let us test drive a 2014 Odyssey right off. Of course we were in love! We drove off the lot with a new van and our old van traded in (sight unseen by the way). The whole process was so smooth and easy! Thanks Mike for a job well done! Yes like you said we will be back in 13 years! ;) By the way I need to mention we drove 100 miles (past multiple other dealerships) from the Springfield, IL area to deal with Mike and Bommarito!!!!
