The most important part of this is they all seemed genuinely concerned that our experience was above and beyond what is expected. I get it is sales and the goal is to sell so at times, in certain companies (not Bommarito), the service may not seem genuine. Knowing that sometimes makes me skeptical but in this case I could not be any happier with the overall service provided by Bommarito Honda. Great experience! We came to your dealership after getting a price on the internet with one of your salesman. We had read the excellent reviews of Bommarito Honda and wanted to try the dealership our getting a price on the internet with one of your salesman. We had read the excellent reviews of Bommarito Honda and wanted to try the dealership ourselves. After all, we have Mungenast St. Louis Honda right around the corner from our house. We made an appointment with this salesman through an assistant but we showed up he was not there. We came from south county so it was not close for us to come to Hazelwood. We were disappointed. Mike took over the appointment and worked with us until an acceptable deal was made which did beat Mungenast by a decent amount. Mike has been nothing but kind and helpful through this process. We have not bought a car in 10 years and Mike made it bearable. The day we picked up the car was quick and went very smoothly also. We wouldn't think twice about making the trip from south county to buy another vehicle. Thank you. More
