Purchased a used Certified 2012 Ridgeline. Michael answered all the questions, even if the answer was " I don't really know" Not a huge negotiator on pricing, but felt the price was fair. The only negative was during the signing of the finance paperwork. We were offered an extended (bumper to bumper) warranty, that would kick in at the end of the Certified warranty period. Now since I had done the research and concluded that this vehicle should be very dependable, it was puzzling to hear that the computer on the truck could crash and it could cost $2 - $3 thousand dollars to replace. I decided to take the warranty, and It added $1665.00 to the deal. The $1665.00 will be refunded if I don't have to use the warranty. More

Went to dealership to look at new cars and not to buy one that day.. Leon met us in the car lot. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about Honda and the car leasing process.
