I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic yesterday from Mike Knollhoff. The entire buying experience was great. Mike was friendly, helpful in answering my questions and going out of his way to find the exact Knollhoff. The entire buying experience was great. Mike was friendly, helpful in answering my questions and going out of his way to find the exact vehicle that I wanted at a fair price. With Mike Knollhoff and Guy Taylor the negotiating process was quick and fair unlike my previous buying experiences at a Dodge dealership. I was actually able to purchase and take delivery of my new Honda yesterday and dispose of my 1997 Dodge Stratus. It was actually a fun experience. What has impressed me about Mike was that I met him back in 2012 when I test drove a 2012 Honda Civic. Mike understood that I was not ready to buy at that time but but he kept in touch with me for over a year through e-mails and post cards. On the same day I met Mike I had visited 4 other dealerships representing 4 different manufacturers and Mike is the only one who followed up after my visit. I will definitely recommend Mike, Guy and the Bommarito dealership to my friends and family. More

Bommarito Honda is clean and bright with many cars to look at and sit in, in the showroom. It is comfortable. My kids were with me and they were offered drinks, ice cream, and were able to watch tv whi look at and sit in, in the showroom. It is comfortable.
