My salesman, Walter Bernard was friendly, personable and professional, and made the buying exp traded in my 2014 Honda Accord for a 2020 CR-V Hybrid! My salesman, Walter Bernard was friendly, personable and professional, and made the buying experience all positive. I knew exactly what I wanted, but they did not have it on the lot. He took the time to find out if there was one coming in, and tagged it for me! My instore experience was great because he had everything all ready for me to test drive and complete the deal!
