Very Pleasant Experience, 2nd time around! My wife and I were looking to purchase a bigger car for our family since we are expecting twins very soon (in addition to our 3 year old). Bommarito had several Odyssey minivans that we were interested in and we contacted Michael Minner since he helped us several years ago when we purchased our Accord. Michael was extremely friendly and allowed us plenty of time to test drive the van as well as make our decisions. He did everything to make it a pleasant and quick buying experience. He took time to show us all the options on the van and answered any questions in a patient manner. His suggestions also helped us decided which options were valuable to us on the van (ex. Rear Entertainment, etc). We will definitely be back to Bommarito in the future and will highly recommend Michael and Bommarito Honda to all of our family and friends who are interested in a Honda. Although apprehensive, I met him there and mentally prepared myself for the typical back and forth drama that occur when negotiating a good deal. This is the first time in my life that I have ever had a positive experience about purchased a car. Josh Berry was attentive, professional, and knowledgable. He was so patient and explained everything. He wasn't one of those fast talkers. He really made me feel at ease. I was shooting for the cheapest car. He explained that for just a little more money I would benefit from the technology included on a 2014 model. I'm so glad I listened because I love my car. Not only was she prompt with her response, but sh On November 5th, 2014, we contacted Sue Doyle regarding the purchase of a new 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L. Not only was she prompt with her response, but she quoted us a very reasonable price. It was such a good price that we were skeptical, but we decided to proceed with the process. We set up a time to meet Sue and check out the car. When we got there, we were greeted by friendly staff members. Sue showed us the car, we test drove it, and were ready to purchase..... all the time still thinking the price was going to change and "stuff" was going to be added to the quoted price, but IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!!!! She was true to her word and the price she quoted us! After the purchase of our new vehicle, Sue took the time to show us how to work some of the features and even helped us set up our phone. We were very appreciative of the time she spent with us! Our experience with Sue was awesome! More

We had trouble removing the middle seat and adding back in the right side seat and he came to our house to check it out. After he looked it over he said it appeared to be broken and said it needed to be serviced so they could fix it. He personally drove our car to the dealership to be fixed and left us with a loaner car during that time. Not only did he get it fixed, but he also had the inside and outside completely washed when he returned it to us the next day. You can't beat that customer service! Mike is fantastic! More

I knew the exact On November 4th, 2014 I purchased a 2015 Honda CR V EXL from Bpmmarito Honda in Hazelwood, MO. My sales consultant was Susan Doyle. I knew the exact model Honda I wanted to purchase along with the interior and exterior model. I had quotes and conversations with several different Honda Dealers in the St. Louis Area. First, Bommarito met the lowest price quoted to me by any dealer. Second, the process of ordering and loan application was quick and quite simple. The service was excellent by both the Sales consultant and the Finance Manager. I arrived at the dealership at around 1 p.m.. I took a test drive with the Sales Consultant and then returned to the dealership. After discussing tjhe features of the CR V EXL i mada a decision to purchase the vehicle. Fortuanately the interior and exterior color I wanted was in stock. The deal was completed and the car totally ready by 2:45 p.m. The Sales consultant then spent quite some time going over some of the features of the vehicle and setting up my phones on the blue tooth. She has been in touch a few times since yesterday and has invited me to contact her whenever I feel the need. The benefits of continued service that Bommarito offers is excellent. I feel most comfortable with my decision to purchase from Bommarito and will recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used car purchase. More

A great experience I am a college student that was in need of a car to get around campus and to my job. My dad assisted me with contacting Michael Minner, and we both have nothing but good things to say about him and our experience as a whole. Mr. Minner was very personable and straight-forward with us. I appreciated how he did not dance around questions and was committed to helping us get the car we were looking for at a reasonable price. We also received a fair return for trading in my old car. Overall I was very relieved at how painless the process was, especially after having such a rough time finding the right car elsewhere.
