First class service - fair and professional We had not made our mind as to whether to buy a newer used Honda CRV or a new one before we arrived at the dealership. Michael had the used vehicles ready for our test drive with a short notice. He is friendly and easy to connect. After it became clear that we would buy a new CRV, our negotiation was straight forward. He gave us a fair trade-in price. I had a dealer who would only give me a ridiculous trade-in price, which pretty much killed the chance that I would buy from them. This did not happen with Michael. There was not very much hassle/tug-a-war during the negotiation, which we liked. Our new car was delivered as promised. Michael showed great patience helping us setting up the blue-tooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience which we enjoyed. Would recommend Michael and his dealership to anyone. More

Made the purchase few months back through my sales person Mr John Hart who always tries to help with anything I need whenever I have needed to visit the dealership, even when it is for something outside of his immediate department. It is good to know I can always count on him to somehow magically sort everything out. Great service, reasonably priced and very reliable. Definitely recommend. The box of Thank You cookies I received in the mail shortly after making the purchase was a nice surprise too. More

Most painless car purchase I've experienced I really enjoyed working with Michael Minner. When I contacted the dealership, the car was ready for a test drive - two other dealerships did not have I really enjoyed working with Michael Minner. When I contacted the dealership, the car was ready for a test drive - two other dealerships did not have my car of interest ready. When I arrived the PT Cruiser was freshly washed and waiting for its test drive. I made it very clear how much I wanted to spend and that my time was limited. It took about an hour to test drive, negotiate and trade in my old car. When I arrived home I noticed that the rear light housing was broken - something that wasn't readily apparent during the initial inspection and test drive. They worked with my schedule to get it repaired in a timely manner. When I went to pay my sales tax the DOR had good things to say about Bommarito Honda, too. More
