Then it seemed as if the sales manager did not have his back at all. The car was good, but not once did the sales manger come introduce himself or work with us on price. Overall not sure if I will come back to this place. They refuse to budge on price then took our trade and marked it up 3500. I felt as if they did not think I could afford the vehicle. More

When we walked through the doors for a test drive, we were treated with friendliness and respect from every associate. We also worked with Ian for finalizing details and paperwork - and he was amazing. He wasn't pushy or gimmicky at all; he allowed us to take our time with the car and was also there to answer all of our questions. When we got the new car, I was still in mild shock as to how easy that entire process was.
