Absoutly Kevin Hall is the Best in St.Louis I recently bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat, from the Bommarito Volkswagen/ Honda Dealership. When I arrived a wonderful nice woman greeted me showed m I recently bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat, from the Bommarito Volkswagen/ Honda Dealership. When I arrived a wonderful nice woman greeted me showed me all the refreshments they offered, she was very personable. I met Kevin Hall who ended up selling me my vehicle. When I say he is the nicest person you will ever meet, I'm not lying. He asked me a thousand questions and showed me thousands of vehicles they had available just to make sure he knew exactly what I was looking for. Kevin was very honest through out the whole experience and he just has the warmest heart, I just knew he was the man I was looking for this whole time to sell me my perfect vehicle. He showed me the 2012 Passat, and I just fell in love. It was everything and more than what I was expecting. Kevin Hall nailed it on the first try. After seeing the car there was no reason to keep looking. Kevin explained everything and answered every question I had. Kevin also took time out of his only off day on my signing day just to make sure I was taken care of. I will always buy any future car from Kevin Hall and continue to refer him. I spent several hours at another Honda dealership closer to my house early that afternoon, and after a somewhat "less than stellar" experience (this was a 2nd chance for dealer "X"), I was on the phone with my original salesperson for my 2009 Civic -Craig Gaby-now the New Car Sales Manager at Bommarito Honda, I explained the situation to him, and even though it was late in the afternoon, he said "Sure, come on over". Mind you it was after 4:30 when I got there, and they closed at 6p.m. Craig hooked me up immediately with Josh Berry, and by that evening I was a happy new CRV owner! No one seem to notice it was way past 6p.m. Guy Taylor was great to work with. I appreciate that Josh was very knowledgeable and sincere, and was very helpful. I went back a few days later and he spent more time showing me all the bells and whistles on my new car. For a professional experience, you should certainly consider Bommarito Honda-you won't regret it!! More
