Ask for This Sales Rep: Dennis Olson (Nov 2015) DENNIS GETS 5 STARS for professionalism, patience, demeanor, knowledge of new Hondas (both 2015 and 2016 and their changes); also his candid honesty, DENNIS GETS 5 STARS for professionalism, patience, demeanor, knowledge of new Hondas (both 2015 and 2016 and their changes); also his candid honesty, and his ability to explain pros and cons of leasing (and tips how to get the best lease terms from the dealer finance person). We worked with him 2-3+ hours each day x 2 days, and he knew helped us narrow our consideration away from an SUV to between a Honda Accord and Subaru Legacy. The 2016 safety camera systems, lane departure warnings, and smart cruise control collision preventions in both are complicated but amazing (fyi - they also yield insurance savings for the owner, too). Dennis was a great "teacher", knew the competetion in this case without demonizing them. In the end, Accord won-- largely because of its additional Apple Car Play software putting everything from an i-phone up onscreen as well as the bluetooth audio; and because Subaru still "bundles" some accessories to force unwanted selections. Are you reading this at corporate? Also, the Sales Manager clearly didn't like a super-low price quote we brought from one of the buying services, but he honored it. More

Above & Beyond - New 2015 Accord EX Coupe Owner I sought out Bommarito Honda after a previous work colleague wrote a shining review for Michael Minner on Google. I let him know that I was shopping I sought out Bommarito Honda after a previous work colleague wrote a shining review for Michael Minner on Google. I let him know that I was shopping for a big discount off of MSRP with a 2015 clearance model. He didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but he immediately made it beat the competition and exceed my other criteria! He was not working the only time that I had available to sign all the paperwork, but he mentioned he would try and work out his personal schedule with his family or have someone else take care of me. I've had sales jobs in my past an had no problem with someone else helping get everything in order. Walter took the time to let me know absolutely everything I needed to know as if I were his customer from the very beginning and gave me his personal cell phone number! Jason helped me get the financing I needed and hung in there with me asking a million questions I had about the extended warranty. I used to sell warranties and knew about a lot of loopholes that some providers have, but these guys are rock solid! At the end of the evening the person from their service bay (I never really had the chance to meet him with my schedule) brought the car around for me. He found a chip in the paint on the trunk the size of a fleck of pepper! It was the end of the night, and he remained ever vigilant and committed to quality- outstanding! In a couple minutes a form was written up for me to return for the paint chip to be touched up, and I left an extremely satisfied customer. I can't recommend Michael, Walter, Jason and team enough! Their price was amazing, their service was amazing, and the whole time there I never felt pressured to do anything as they let me know everything I needed to know to make an informed purchase.
