I don't believe I heard one negative term uttered the entire time my daughter and I worked with Dennis. When we fetched the car a few days later, Dennis showed my daughter how to use all the gadgets in newer vehicles, and offered at least 20 great tips on driving Civics that neither of us probably bothered to look up on our own with the old Civic. I drank lots of made-while-you -wait Starbucks, gulped a few bottles of water, and ate the fresh fruit the dealership provides for customers gratis. Great dealership. Clean. Roomy. Nice play area for kids if people have kids. I know this probably doesn't matter to a number of people, but I like to do business with a person who can talk to me without looking at his or her cell phone a hundred times. I like intelligent answers to questions that are important to me. Dennis obliged me on both, which is refreshing. More

Our great buying experience at Bommarito Honda We were looking at a car for my wife who presently drove a 2004 Camry. Overall we looked at maybe 6 or 7 other dealerships, including one other Honda We were looking at a car for my wife who presently drove a 2004 Camry. Overall we looked at maybe 6 or 7 other dealerships, including one other Honda dealer, and narrowed it down to Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and Mazda6. Because of our salesman, Dennis Olson, and after going over the Accord's features in detail and driving the Accord, my wife decided the Accord is the car she wanted. Because of working with Dennis we decided not to go back to the other Honda dealer and compete them against each other. We picked out the car on a Friday, talked to Dennis by phone on Saturday, and went back on Monday and bought the car. We felt that Dennis and his supervisors worked with us in good faith and we were able to come to a price that we thought was fair to both of us. We are extremely happy with the car and the price we paid. The above is our review. (Note: I didn't rate the "Quality of Work" below because I assume that applies to the Service Center and we did not have any work done there.) More
