This turned out to be the most pleasant experience. My paid-off vehicle was totaled by a distracted driver. I was none too happy to be forced into a car-buying situation. My tax manager, Tim Devereux (Devereux & Companies) referred me to Kevin Hall whom he knows from their BNI group. The first day I arrived at the dealership to meet Kevin, he asked, 'are you excited?' To which I honestly answered, 'NO' and I felt the smile drain from my face. I had previously spoken with Kevin on the phone and corresponded through email. I explained the situation and let him know that I was not looking forward to car payments and I wanted to get into a car as cheaply as possible, also upset over all the 'bells and whistles' I knew I was going to have to give up. I believe Kevin immediately picked up on my personality prior to meeting face to face. He said he thought he had the perfect car on their showroom floor. I shared my apprehension if this car was going to be affordable, after all it was on the showroom floor. Kevin assured me it was in my budget and he could not have picked out a more perfect car for me. I didn't share with him that I was considering going back into a manual transmission, but my Honda Civic Sport is just that :) We took it for a test drive and I knew this was the car for me. I could not have had a bigger smile on my face as we drove back to the dealership. I was dealing with the fallout from my insurance company and everything had to align just right to make this deal work or so I thought. Kevin and his manager worked really hard to get me into this car and went above and beyond as far as the timeline to purchase this vehicle. There was a point that I called Kevin and was going to back out because my insurance check had not arrived and Kevin was gracious to get an extension. Kevin was so personable and easy to work with. He really cared about my situation and was more than willing to see this work out. I feel like I have a new friend. I recommend Kevin Hall and Bommarito Honda to anybody looking to purchase a car.
