Service Department Is Inept I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I paid for all services. When I picked up my car, it was pulling to the left just I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I paid for all services. When I picked up my car, it was pulling to the left just as it had done prior to service, which was the reason I requested an alignment. When I called to ask them to fix the alignment they had not done properly, they would not provide me with a loaner. The location is inconvenient to me, and I have 2 kids under 18 months old at home, so I'm not going to wait for them to do the job they should've done right the first time, and I'm not going to make my wife pack up our 2 kids and follow me to the dealership (two times--once to drop off and once to pick up). I had been going out of my way to get service done here because they had done a good job previously, but no longer. Do not get service done here. They will not do it right, and they will not make an effort to make it right. More

They also were very helpful in setting up the handsfree phone in the vehicle (that I knew nothing about) and going over all of the features. I guess what I was most impressed with is the fact that John was so willing to go over all of these things with me and spend the time to do it and not rush me off after the sale was complete. When I was first looking for a new car, Kris took the time to give me information and test drive a vehicle with me, even though I was still in the research phase. What impressed me the most about Kris versus other salespersons, was that Kris really respected me request to just send email updates. Unlike other salespeople at other dealers, Kris held to his word. That really earned my respect, and it's a trait you can tell Kris prides himself on. I was really glad that Kris ended up being part of my final purchase process. At no point did he make me feel rushed, and he took all the time I needed to make sure I knew how to fully utilize all the features in my new '18 Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid. Saying that Kris is patient is an understatement. One quick anecdote, a different customer had left their second set of keys at the dealership. Kris called them and was willing to drop them off personally. Talk about willing to go the (literal) extra mile for the customer!
