Bait-and-Switch Just experienced a BAIT-AND-SWITCH! Thoroughly researched what Pilot I wanted online, received quotes from multiple dealers, and went to Bommarito b Just experienced a BAIT-AND-SWITCH! Thoroughly researched what Pilot I wanted online, received quotes from multiple dealers, and went to Bommarito because of the best quoted price. I even confirmed Natalie's verbal quote and the model I was interested in a text message. After the test drive came the switch to a downgraded model saying that she miss quoted which model I was interested in. Also, the salesman didn't seem to know his product--didn't think the model came in an 8-passenger and when asked if the back-up camera was suppose to sound when getting near an object (because it didn't sound when I tested it twice). He explained that the object must have moved. When I explained that the objects were a parked car and a concrete pillar, he said that since he wasn't there to witness it, he didn't know. Not impressed AT ALL. Looking forward to purchasing my new Pilot at another dealer. Such a waste of 2-hours! More

Negotiations on used car trade in were a little difficult, as I expected at least what a competitor offered for my trade in, but they were able to meet a price I was comfortable with. Overall it was an excellent experience and would buy from this dealership again. More
