When I recently was there, and as always treated amazing by the Service Department, I found the car I wanted to replace mine. I met Susan Doyle and she was like being with a trusted friend. She was outstanding! She showed immense patience in dealing with my lack of ability with technology. Encouraging me the whole way. She explained everything this car had to offer and it was truly a lovely, painless experience. It was FUN!
