Knowing how technologically challenged I am he downloaded the Honda tech manual John Hart went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. Knowing how technologically challenged I am he downloaded the Honda tech manual and the owners guide on my phone plus he programmed all my Sirius stations for me. He was patient and took the time I needed to demonstrate the various functions on the car. He stayed after the store was officially closed to make sure I was satisfied before driving off the lot in my new Touring Civic. I would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. More
