Friendly and Patient Dealers I really despise the whole process of getting a new car, but I will say this experience was about as positive as it could be. Other than needing to sit in the dealership for over five hours to make sure I got the deal that was advertised by the manufacturer, my experience was one of respect and patience. They explained every single dollar I was spending, and made sure I was completely happy with the vehicle I ended up getting. I appreciate their patience and flexibility! Although an expense I wasn’t planning on, the service department was thorough and friendly, I cannot remember who helped me.but he too was pleasant. The only drawback for me is the distance of the dealership from my house but it’s a nonissue as long as your dealership continues to employ such pleasant people and continues to have an efficient service department!
