Four weeks ago, I bought a brand new car from a salesman Joe Russo at Hazelwood location. I was promised to be given a $200 referral fee if I sent a friend. I referred a friend there and the friend bought a Joe Russo at Hazelwood location. I was promised to be given a $200 referral fee if I sent a friend. I referred a friend there and the friend bought a car from Russo. Russo told my friend he sent a $200 referral fee to me, but I never got it. I called the Russo and he said it was not done....his attitude suddenly turned horrible and very bad. I knew he lied to my friend and to me, I never received a check. I wish I never bought a car from him or this location. And I am telling my friends group about my horrible experience. I dislike being lied to and the suddenly rude attitude to me (and my friend) after the cars sales were completed. The process was ok during purchasing of the car. But the Russo completed changed into another person rude and lying after the sales of cars. You would never know how many potential customers you have just lost by doing this. I am not sure if this issue is just this individual salesman being dishonest, or it is the problem of this dealership. But it certainly makes Bommarito look not trust worth. I am waiting to see if Bommarito management would correct this. More

Mike Rosen sold us our CR-V back in 2018, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Honest, open and straightforward, friendly (despite the stern portrait on this website, patient, and helpful. We are probably not the funnest customers to deal with - we come in already prepared with our own financing, knowing exactly what car we want, which options, our price limit, we don't negotiate, and we get quotes from multiple dealerships. Mike was totally fine with that. He gave us a competitive and straightforward quote, along the logistical details. He understood, and was totally accepting of the fact that we were still shopping around. Ultimately we chose to buy from Mike even though we had a slightly lower quote elsewhere. He may have met that price, but we had no interest in nickel-and-diming. He ended up throwing in some extras (weather mats etc which have come in really useful), which actually made it a better deal for us anyway. Even after the sale, he was generous with his time and knowledge helping set up the car and explaining things to us. Bommarito has been great to deal with, over the past two years. They've honored their promises, do a fine job keeping the car maintained, and are efficient in getting us in and out for service. But Mike is the main reason I'm happy with Bommarito, and I recommend them to everyone I know. More
