I was in the market for a Acura, but decided to check Honda models and visited this dealership. I was seen by Joe Russo who greeted me and my wife in a very friendly cortueous manner. I could tell he has been in the business for a while and understand the needs of the customer. I test drove two vehicles, he explained details about the car, other available options, trims etc. Seriously, I almost felt I was talking to one of my friends, no pressure, no hussle, just fair honest person. The dealership presence was clean, coffee is superb BTW, and seeing the trend of current times,they had plenty of inventory. At the end of the day I did not purchase a vehicle as I was looking for a specific trim they did not have there or any of their affiliate stores. Nothing the store did wrong, not that they failed strategically, simply we went another brand. Do thank Mr. Russo for letting me test drive a few cars. More
