Great Service Bommarito Ford is where I have been taking my 4 vehicles for service for about 4 years now. I was always pretty happy with my experience there. Bad Service I had parts ordered for my 2016 Explorer, several weeks went by a no one called to advise me parts were in. I called and got the run around from sever I had parts ordered for my 2016 Explorer, several weeks went by a no one called to advise me parts were in. I called and got the run around from several different people. I further had a problem with my window molding strip that they claimed was fixed. I took my vehicle to another dealership and they fixed the window molding and promptly ordered and fixed the repairs needed. I called the service manager and again, no call back. I live close to the dealership but my first contact was horrible so I'll take my vehicle to other Ford dealerships. This happened in Oct of 2015 and as of this date, no one has ever called me back to try and fix my horrible first impression. More
Overpriced service and not even fixed! Shame on you, Bommarito service. I suspect that Bommarito is taking advantage of senior citizens. Who knows if they do this to everyone. No apology was given after a repair that cost hundreds of dollars failed in less than a week. Then, they wanted several hundred dollars more to fix the same problem. I did find an excellent shop elsewhere. The technician at the shop that fixed Bommarito's errors wanted to know where the vehicle had been serviced before. After hearing it was Bommarito, he said "I wouldn't go there again if I were you." Yep. Note: I would have given a ZERO out of five star review if I could. More
I had a very good experience with Bommarito Ford They took the time to find out that there was more than what the recall needed to fix. I brought my Fusion in for the recall notice, expecting a simp They took the time to find out that there was more than what the recall needed to fix. I brought my Fusion in for the recall notice, expecting a simple fix, but they found that the recall was lacking, and saw that the steering gear needed replacing too. Way to take care of my car !! Poor service and no response to complaints We took our 2012 fusion to Bommarito for oil changes for 2 years. When we no longer had free oil changes we took it to an independent shop. This shop pointed out that the timing cover and main seal were leaking and had been for a while. We brought it back to Bommarito to be repaired under warranty. We believe they didn't want to point out the leaks because it was still under warranty. Then at less than 3 years and 39,000 miles the battery went dead. It was supposed to be a 5 year battery. They said it was probably old when it was put in but since the car was 3,000 miles past warranty they wouldn't do anything, not even pro rate it. Now the blower motor makes noise, I have emailed their customer service department with these complaints twice and have not received any response. More

A little background, I purchased my vehicle from the Bommarito St. Peters a few years ago and I’ve received all my repairs and maintenance from either St Peters location or this one. I changed to this one, out of convenience. I’ve always respected and counted on great service at both locations. The customer service and diagnosis of any vehicle problems has been appreciated by me, and promptly taken care of at your suggestion. Last year, I had both my front and back brakes replaced. Recently my car began to shake and I was told by the vendor (who I purchased tires from), that I had pulsation in my breaks and needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I was shocked and instantly told them there was no way that could be true, I had just had new brakes put on, and at the time was told I didn’t need rotors, so mine were resurfaced. I stopped by your location yesterday and explained this to a service tech, I think he’s the manager over service. He quickly told me, that I could make an appointment and have my rotors resurfaced again for a hundred and something dollars. I apologize I can’t remember the exact amount because my anger began to build at that point. I explained to him that I just paid to have breaks not even a year ago, and was told I didn’t need rotors, and now you want me to REPAY for a service that I already paid for….. I expressed to him I was upset by this news. He offered nothing further. After taking all evening to replay this, I’ve decided I will not be returning here for service nor will I refer anyone. I understand I have money in my Ford account but I will not be using that either. I am beyond angry that there was no offer to even look at the vehicle before a price was quoted to me. On top of the fact no sympathy showed for the fact that I just paid for this service and nothing was explained or even mentioned that I would need to have this done again within a year. More
Purchased new F150 a year ago. Matt Goodson was an outstanding sales associate to work with. Service department has been extremely helpful in several areas over the last one year and 28, 000 miles.
