Chris improved this dealership by himself I have had several issues with this service department, that is why I only gave this dealership 3 stars. I was not in the market for a new vehicle but I have had several issues with this service department, that is why I only gave this dealership 3 stars. I was not in the market for a new vehicle but after speaking with Chris, I ended up buying one. Chris was honest in his approach with me. He introduced me to the ladies that see the reviews and they were spot on as well. Took me to the service center, even though I had som ill feelings but we worked through them. The sale of the vehicle had not yet been finalized but Chris took it upon himself to hash out any bad feelings with this dealership before making a deal. Very impressed that he put my feelings before making a sale. He actually made it hard to negotiate because he was spot on with pricing. Not feeling the sales manager but Chris and finance manager helping me with the sale made me feel like I didn’t get cheated. He did what he could short of not giving the vehicle away. Very happy with him. More

I had a few questions afterwards, which Nate helped me find the answers to. The mechanic I was directed to was very thorough and patient. (do wish I had his name!) More

Lied about repair- did not replace defective rear window Had a 2016 f150. Rear window was to be replaced due to defrost not working, left truck with them for al.ost 7 days. Paper work says work was completed Had a 2016 f150. Rear window was to be replaced due to defrost not working, left truck with them for al.ost 7 days. Paper work says work was completed, and window was replaced. First time defrost kicked on a couple days later truck caught fire, destroying truck. This happened in January.spoke with engineer at UIS-USA which was hired as outside source by my insurance co. He stated Bommarito LIED and did not replace the rear window, instead had C&W Glass try and replace "bad strips of defrost wire" and re do connections, well obviously this failed due to the fire. When Bommarito, the Ford rep and C$W glass met with the engineer from UIS the ford rep said the back glass had not been replaced, he was able to tell by the etching in the glass. Bommarito could have killed myself and my family by trying to screw Ford and me over and lying on the paper work for warranty repairs that where not made. More

After recall, air bag light is now on I made an appointment for my 06 Ranger earlier this month to get the air bag recalls done. I dropped my truck off before 0900 Wed. morning, Feb. 14 an I made an appointment for my 06 Ranger earlier this month to get the air bag recalls done. I dropped my truck off before 0900 Wed. morning, Feb. 14 and was assured that it would be done by the end of the day. I called around 1530 that afternoon and was told that it would be ready this morning, Feb. 15. When I did not get a phone call by 1300 Thursday afternoon, I called and was told that I would get a return call within minutes. When I left to go back to work at 1415, I had gotten no call. When I got off the clock after 1600 from my bus route, there was a message on the home phone that it was done. Around 1630, I was at Bomm. Ford to get my key back as I left it there and would come back later this evening when my wife dropped me off on her way to work at 2045. After starting it up and driving off the Ford lot, the air bag light is now on as opposed to before when it was not on before recall work was performed! I will be back tomorrow morning to drop it off again and more than likely, get a loaner car since my HSD bus route has a half day tomorrow! I was being generous when I gave you all 1 star! More
FIRE caused by improper repair of rear defrost by Bommarito. Had rear window replaced in truck due to defrost not working. This was covered under warranty. First time my defrost was used a day later the truck caught on fire in the same area connections were made to replace defrost. Was determined fire was caused by incorrect installation of the wiring when rear window was replaced. This ultimately totaled my truck resulting in quite a loss of money overall besides my truck, very disappointing. More
QUALITY OF WORK HORRIBLE. Took my truck in for another oil change, have had issues in the past with quality of clean up after oil change, leaving the skid plate on and full of Took my truck in for another oil change, have had issues in the past with quality of clean up after oil change, leaving the skid plate on and full of oil which subsequently ran out on my drive way and garage. Went back on on week of Christmas. After returning home o had noticed the next day oil on the garage again. Once again I crawl under the truck and what do I notice, skid plate was not dropped or even cleaned out after oil change. This is the second time in a year since I have had the truck they have done this. I would be hesitate of the quality of work on major repairs since they have NO quality control on routine maintenance such as an oil change. It's not even worth the free oil changes at this point. More

They marked Coolant Recovery Reservoir requires immediate attention, BS had fluids and hoses changed 18,000 miles ago. The ONLY reason I am posting this is because when i went back to show Mike Fraser, the service manager, he was a little short with me and said it was just a mistake on the Report Card - What's your point. More
