Another disaster of a go around with Bommarito Ford service. I received a call after I had dropped my truck of the night before to which I had a service appointment at 9:30 lam the following day. At around 1pm I received a call from Donny basically asking why my truck was here... Well I made an appointment! Of course after 30.seconds of looking he finds it. Proceeds to tell me it won't get in today, I should have followed up ECT. Not my problem! I have given them several chances and purchased several new vehicles over the last couple years. No more. Done with Bommarito and Ford. What a joke of a service department. Made me feel worthless. Promise they will do the same for you. More

I took in to have it service Napleton on Lindbergh, Mo. they said they did my oil change and rotated my tires. I noticed my engine light indictor came on so. I mentioned it to the service rep said he would look into which they did. But the next day while driving it started shacking while driving so I called them to get assistance with my car immediately couldn't so I contacted my Sales Consultant Gary Eickel ,at Bommarito in Hazelwood, MO and he got the ball rolling for me, also the customer advisor all so was a great help and in assistance with what I need to do. With the Easy Care plan that Jay Mehta added into my car note plan it worked out for me I couldn't find my Easy Care card and Customer Rep helped my out by giving the 1-800 by giving the number contacted me to Side Road Assistance (Michael, and Scott) directed safely on how they would be picking up my car within hour they picked it up! It in the shop and I am so happy to see that I made the right choice when I purchased my Nissan in Hazelwood, MO. Such a good feeling that Gary Eickel and Jay Mehta was available to help me and they assure me that they would find out what they needed to do for my car repairs. Thank you guys for helping my family with our car. Bommarito in Hazelwood have such a warm customer advisor. More

I brought my car into the dealership on 1/15/20 for two recalls. One recall was an air bag the other was fuel tank corrosion inspection on a 2009 Ford edge. The air bag recall was completed 1-15-20. I was told that I needed a new fuel tank due to corrosion. I did not get my car back until 3-4-20. I only brought the car in because I recently bought it and I kept getting recall notices for the air bag. I was told that they had to jump my car to get it in the shop. I said I'm sure you did you have had my car since January. I was also told that day that there was some corrosion on my exhaust. I did not think much of it I had no issues with the car. So I picked up my car and I had a battery light on and my car now makes a loud noise when I accelerate and when I start the car. I did not have these issues prior to bringing my car to ford. And in the middle of February I asked for somethings out of my car and the drove it around for me and I had no noise then. I called and asked for a manager and spoke to Taylor. She said ok lets get the car back in and take a look. I thought great they are going to do the right thing. So I dropped the car off on 3-11-20. I got a call and a text a few hours later stating that I would need to pay $160 to see what is wrong. I said why would I pay you to see what you messed up on. So I went back up to the dealership and was told they did nothing wrong I just bought a bad car. I said so many times to them I had no noise and no issues with the car. Something happened. When my fuel tank was being installed. Taylor said she would review the cameras. I have left a message for her boss and have not received a call. I cannot believe this would happen at a Ford dealership. More

Easy/fun-fast My intent was to shop a little more before I bought. After seeing the exact car that I wanted at a price I could afford with the help of the finance My intent was to shop a little more before I bought. I was not in the market for a new vehicle but I have had several issues with this service department, that is why I only gave this dealership 3 stars. I was not in the market for a new vehicle but after speaking with Chris, I ended up buying one. Chris was honest in his approach with me. He introduced me to the ladies that see the reviews and they were spot on as well. Took me to the service center, even though I had som ill feelings but we worked through them. The sale of the vehicle had not yet been finalized but Chris took it upon himself to hash out any bad feelings with this dealership before making a deal. Very impressed that he put my feelings before making a sale. He actually made it hard to negotiate because he was spot on with pricing. Not feeling the sales manager but Chris and finance manager helping me with the sale made me feel like I didn’t get cheated. He did what he could short of not giving the vehicle away. Very happy with him. More
