I had a decent experience on the front end with the salesmen Bryan Skaggs, but as soon as I went to finance is when the bad times began. They used what is called compounded interest to essentially charge interest on my interest charges. Which made my payment much higher despite it being only a 19.4k loan. And when i asked why it was so high all they said is "it was correct and its the numbers", and that it was compounded interest. They had no real explanation why they used this instead of simple interest other than "everyone does it". Which when i actually got my car last night the dealership I used didnt use it and said no one should ever use it especially for an auto loan, so there was some shifty things going on from the beginning. When i initially went in i asked that my taxes for the car be added so i could finance that and not have to pay the 1900 up front to get my car licensed. The first finance manager Tony Boyd eventually got to the point where he was telling me I dont understand math and still couldnt explain despite many attempts to inquire about why everything was so high, but as it turned out it was the interest type they used and its a way to rip off customers for more money and get paid more. I told all this to the GM there and he was able to get me a 2% lower rate but the price was still way too high for a 2019. I had a new finance manager and this second one whos name was John, was even worse than the first with a very demeaning and condescending attitude. I have never dealt with someone who had such an attitude towards someone who would be potentially paying their salary cause of me buying a car. Both of these conversations were overheard word for word by my girlfriend who was appalled that someone would talk to a customer that way. I was told again when I walked out that everyone uses compounded and you wont get a lower rate anywhere despite your credit. Well at Dave Sinclair not only did i get a newer car for around the same overall price i got a 0% interest for the life of the loan. I want anyone who thinks about going to this dealership to think again and please read this, you will end up on the wrong end of interest rates and finance charges and get ripped off. More
I had tried two other dealerships and had just left Napleton with a horrible experience. I walked in visibly frustrated and upset! Chris Clay approached me within 1 min of being there. Introduced himself to my fiance and myself and shook our hands. This was the first step the other dealership failed me on! He asked what I wanted/needed and then applied those things. Nearly 40 min later I was sitting inside of what would become the vehicle I purchased. Very professional but personal and that is a rare trait. Many in trying to be personable fail in maintaining professionalism and vice versa. Chris made us feel we can buy a vehicle,talk about family, politics and grab a beer! Going forward I will continue my business wherever he sells vehicles. More

This is the 2nd Ford vehicle I've purchased from Bob Spicer. He knew I was looking to get back into a car called on a Monday and I was on my way back to North Carolina in my Fusion Hybrid on Saturday. Spicer.
