Justin did a lot of our stuff over the phone/email to save us time. We had 3 kids with us and didn't want to subject them to hours at a dealership. They had snacks for them, water and a big TV to keep th save us time. We had 3 kids with us and didn't want to subject them to hours at a dealership. First off walking into the ford location your automatically greeted at first sight. And no matter how busy it was for nick faraci there were other employees there to check and make sure i was tak automatically greeted at first sight. The day i drove home with my car nick called me that morning to let me know he hadn't forgot about me(and had not notice i already called and left a vm) and stated i will be driving home today! Great Experience with Mark!!! We saw a car online that we were interested in offered for sale at Bommarito Ford. It was a recent trade-in and didn’t have any pictures showing the inside of the vehicle. Since the dealership was located not far from my place of employment, rather than call to inquire about the car, I decided to go by the dealership. Am I ever glad I did! When I walked in I was greeted at the desk by two salesmen. I asked to speak with someone in pre-owned cars and it so happened one of the gentlemen was a pre-owned car salesman, Mark Ware. Mark was absolutely great to work with and I would readily recommend him to anyone in the market for a pre-owned car. More
I brought my car into the dealership on 1/15/20 for two recalls. One recall was an air bag the other was fuel tank corrosion inspection on a 2009 Ford edge. The air bag recall was completed 1-15-20. I was told that I needed a new fuel tank due to corrosion. I did not get my car back until 3-4-20. I only brought the car in because I recently bought it and I kept getting recall notices for the air bag. I was told that they had to jump my car to get it in the shop. I said I'm sure you did you have had my car since January. I was also told that day that there was some corrosion on my exhaust. I did not think much of it I had no issues with the car. So I picked up my car and I had a battery light on and my car now makes a loud noise when I accelerate and when I start the car. I did not have these issues prior to bringing my car to ford. And in the middle of February I asked for somethings out of my car and the drove it around for me and I had no noise then. I called and asked for a manager and spoke to Taylor. She said ok lets get the car back in and take a look. I thought great they are going to do the right thing. So I dropped the car off on 3-11-20. I got a call and a text a few hours later stating that I would need to pay $160 to see what is wrong. I said why would I pay you to see what you messed up on. So I went back up to the dealership and was told they did nothing wrong I just bought a bad car. I said so many times to them I had no noise and no issues with the car. Something happened. When my fuel tank was being installed. Taylor said she would review the cameras. I have left a message for her boss and have not received a call. I cannot believe this would happen at a Ford dealership. More
