In helping me select a car and walking me through the paperwork Mr. Spicer did great. On the follow up, not so good. I love my 2020 Fusion but worry about driving too far from St. Louis without a sparetire. I should have insisted we book an appointment for the instillation of a spare tire at the time of sale, but I trusted my sales rep and the Bommarito staff. More
Steve was the salesman that sold us our 2017 Explorer which we are very happy about. The issue is that we are struggling to switch the title in our name due to the previous owners not having a written si which we are very happy about. I haven't been able to get hold of Steve for 6 months and every time I get him I get "i'll call you back". Classic salesman who is done after the sale with no customer service. Jon Chung who did our financing hasn't emailed us at all either. We were told by Jon that if we pay off our car early it would reduce/eliminate our interest we owe. We were going from a 0% to 5.9% knowing that we could pay it off sooner. Turns out that is not the case so feel flat out lied to. Still waiting on either of them to call or email me back! More

Bommarito Ford lied to us. We recently purchased a new vehicle for our business and had a code for a Ford Friends and Family Discount. The salesman, Doug, said that "you can't use the discount for busine vehicle for our business and had a code for a Ford Friends and Family Discount. The salesman, Doug, said that "you can't use the discount for businesses", even though our friend got the discount directly from Ford. We contacted Ford Motor Company and they confirmed that yes, businesses do qualify for the discount!! The truth is Bommarito had decided not to participate in the Friends and Family Discount which they chose not to say. I am extremely bothered by the fact that we were directly LIED to by salesman, Doug, rather than tell us the truth that the dealership was not participating in it. I am sure he chose to LIE because he did not want us to go to a dealer that was participating in it. Honesty and integrity is VERY important when dealing with businesses. Now I question everything I was told by the salesman and staff at Bommarito Ford!!!! More
