Dan was great, good guy and very attentive. Gave the baby an icecream and was patient when she was running around. Our used truck was purchased with an expired emission and safety test so it was an unnecessary pain that I didn't need as a working mom. Plus it was missing the jack and the front license plate mounting bracket. They made everything right, but it was two half days I had to miss work to get the extra work done. More

Terry went above and beyond on the sale of the Expedition we bought. I came in with my 3 small children (5,2 & 1) and Terry had no problems with them there....he even offered to hold the baby so that I could we bought. I had gone to the Ford website & used the build your car option. I printed it off & took it with me. Terry tried as hard as possible but could not locate the requested vehicle. We decided to order a car option. I printed it off & took it with me. Terry tried as hard as possible but could not locate the requested vehicle. We decided to order a 2012 model with my requested options. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was no longer available so I chose another one. A week later I was in an accident which totaled my car. I returned to the dealer & Terry had a car with my requested options plus some other features. Since the vehicle had all I wanted plus, I got it.
