Very happy with the service that was provided. I was a little disappointed that the regular finance guy was not there and the fill in guy from next door did not relay our conversation and therefore the fi little disappointed that the regular finance guy was not there and the fill in guy from next door did not relay our conversation and therefore the finance guy did not get back to me when promised nor did the sales tax for car get included in the total loan which left a big chunck of change for me to come up with at the last minute. I went to Bommarito Ford to look for used Ford Rangers and possibly used Ford Mustangs. Tom Masterson came out and greeted me and my dad and brother and showed me what was in their lot. He took us to their back lot where he showed me my future vehicle, which was a 2009 Ford Ranger XLT with low miles and in very good condition set at a very reasonable price. Tom, along with Bommarito, gave me a great deal on a used Ranger. It was exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was quick, and the atmosphere inside their show room was very hospitable. This time around I got most of the information I needed from the internet rather than get it from the dealerships themselves, but it soon came time to get price quotes. I used the internet in this regard as well, but, in the end, I was getting the run-around from several dealership internet sales manager as if I was there in person anyway. I gave the exact same simple request to every dealership I had contacted basically stating "best final price & APR's." Somehow this request was turned into a game by several dealerships, until, I got my first response from Sergey Gilgof of Bommarito Ford. He gave me, thus far, the best price and included APR's and that was it. THAT'S ALL I ASKED FOR! Sergey was the first to get it right. Needless to say I contacted Sergey and set up time to pay a visit. While enroute, I remembered past experiences with other dealerships and I assumed the same from this one as well. I was wrong. Sergey Gilgof was my sales agent and as we made introductions I absolutely felt no need to know facts and no need for any game face. Segey was warm, welcoming, polite, knowledged, and most of all genuine. A trait most auto dealers seem to have forgotten. Sergey answered all my questions on not only the vehicle I was intending to purchase but also on vehicles he knew I had no intention of buying. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions. Sergey did an absolute phenomenal job!
