I was very pleased with the purchase of my new Ford Fusion from Dan Bagy. I have bought a car every three years for a long time & this has been the most pleasant experience that I have ever had. He was very busy but he gave me the one on one care for as long as I needed it. My car was not in stock & he had to get it from another dealer & he did a great job. He didn't make me wait around like other dealers have when he knew something was not going to be able to be taken care of, he told me that I could come back. My car was hopefully going to be in Monday but it wasn't able to be here until Wednesday but he was great about calling me & letting me know the changes so I didn't waste my time. I have spent up to 6 1/2 hours at a dealer before, which was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I would & will recommend Dan & your dealership to everyone every chance I get. Thanks for the great service. Not being negative but when I come back for the oil changes & any service I need will be the extra test. A couple dealers were great when they were trying to sell me a car but once I needed to come back for warranty stuff, or anything else, they acted like I didn't exist. We pulled into bommarito nissan, asked about a blue ford pickup we saw on the internet. Rather than helping us, all the guys standing around with their hands in their pockets said 'we're nissan, you need to pickup we saw on the internet. Fred so nicely said 'here, I'll walk over and show it to you, I can sell at either place'. I thought that was very kind of him, in the end it was good that he went out of his way, unlike the other idiots standing around, so Fred made a sale, we came home with a new pickup. There wasn't much of a price reduction though when we started throwing out prices. I thought that was unusual. Because usually dealerships can go down quite a bit in price. Long wait for paperwork to be finished though...1 hour +. More
