Staff was great. We had looked at the Ford Flex prior to leaving town. While on vacation, we decided on a number we were willing to pay and I called in asking for our salesperson Terry Watkins. He was off that day but I was given his cell number. Terry was great and negotiated the price we wanted on his day off. In another call, I gave Terry a credit card number as our deposit. Back home four days later we picked up our new car which was ready and waiting. Every one was very polite and could not have been more helpful. I always try Ford first and usually wind up in one. If memory serves me right, this is my 13th Ford of various models. Including T-birds, Mustangs, SUV's, Pickups, Fusion, Pinto, Falcon, and there were a couple of Merc's in there too. Jim made this the most pleasant buy of them all. More
