Staff was great. We had looked at the Ford Flex prior to leaving town. While on vacation, we decided on a number we were willing to pay and I called in asking for our salesperson Terry Watkins. He was off that day but I was given his cell number. Terry was great and negotiated the price we wanted on his day off. In another call, I gave Terry a credit card number as our deposit. Back home four days later we picked up our new car which was ready and waiting. Every one was very polite and could not have been more helpful. There is no doubt we will be contacting Terry when we shop for our next Ford! More

I always try Ford first and usually wind up in one. If memory serves me right, this is my 13th Ford of various models. We initially went to Bommarito Ford because of the convenience of their location. We bought our truck there because of the friendliness of their staff and their knowledgeable loan officer. And it was great being greeted and personally thanked by Mr. Bommarito for purchasing with them. They didn't have the truck we wanted on their lot, but Jim researched and found several trucks in outlying areas for us to choose from and had our truck brought in. The Bommarito team is doing great things to re-build the Ford dealership in our area. We loved getting the free oil change package and the extended warranty package and their mechanics are again union. We were there on a Saturday, so the service department wasn't open, but it was very clean. And soon, they will have Saturday hours, too. Jim spent a lot of time telling us about the trucks on their lot and the operations of the one we purchased. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into purchasing anything except the truck we wanted. More

We were very pleased with the service we received. Bernie listened to us and correctly identified what we were looking for and found us the perfect vehicle for what we were looking for. The reason we said the "quality of work" was "good" not "great" was because we put a deposit on the vehicle and left it at the shop for a week to have some specific things fixed (play in the front end and the side-view mirrors did not work). When we came back one week later to finalize the deal; the side-view mirrors still did not work which means we now have to schedule a time to bring the truck back in for service. In addition, we filled out the on-line credit application so that everything could be done before we came in to finalize the deal. The first Financial person reviewed our credit app and determined that everything was great; but then he was off for the rest of the week and never passed it on to Dan King, the Financial person we dealt with; meaning that we had to wait through the entire process of things that should have been ready to go. We were at the shop for a very long time getting the process finalized. These were minor inconveniences. The people were very friendly and for the most part the process was fine. More

Being a Ford guy through and through, I have worked with Brad in the past and never walked away after making a deal feeling that I was cheated or misled.
