We had excellent service and went to the max to give us the best price possible. They searched for all available rebates and incentives. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Tom took the time to bring a truck up for my wife at work to look at, even though he knew she would not be test driving it. The night we went up there for the test drive, Tom had taken the time to bring the vehicle into the garge so we could look at it in comfort. This was a far better impression than we had at another Ford dealer. (ie-The truck we wanted to test drive had a dead battery) Things only got easier from there. We test drove the truck, liked it and started to talk price. Tom gave us his numbers, we gave a counter offer. This is usually the part that is the worst, you know, sitting there for 30-45 min. "waiting" to get another counter offer and so forth. Instead, Tom was back within THREE MINUTES!!! Our experience with financing was just as easy as the sale agremnet. (Can not remember his name) When we went back to the financing office, Tom said they were going to wash the truck and fill the gas tank up for us. We got done with financing,(25 minutes from our offer) and waited about 45 minutes to take posession of the truck. More

I was purchasing the vehicle for a business that I am responsible for. Of the many (over ten different dealerships) Jim was one of the few who addressed our requirements with without the need for me to push the salesman in the way I needed to proceed with the process of purchasing a vehicle. He was patient and quick in providing the details that I needed to present to the owner of the business. I greatly appreciate his overall understanding of my position in setting up this purchase.
