After describing what we were looking for in a new car, Nathan took us out on the lot and showed us a couple of cars. There was a ton of selections and Brad worked with us throughout the car buying process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and the different makes and models. I went to Bommarito because of a very good price on an Escape that they had in the Sunday paper. I was greeted immediately by Don who showed my the SUV for the price that I wanted. I decided to get it and Don went out of his way to program my phone into SYNC and assist me with other things I needed So far I had a very positive experience. I have not experienced the service area and hopefully it will be just as good as the sales end. One of the things I liked about Bommarito was that they had bottled water. Since buying a new car is always stressful, at least it is for me, the water was really great. They even have Good Humer ice cream which even though a small thing, it was nice. Today I received a delicious box of cookies to thank me for my purchase. They even gave my SUV a paint coating treatment that made it look really great. This dealership goes the extra mile. I have never had such a great experience at any other dealership and I have purchased several new cars. I had a really bad experience at the last place I bought an SUV so of course I did not go back there. More
