Don Calvin was great to work with in the purchase of a new 2012 FORD Fusion. He took the time to answer all my questions and he was fair when negotiating price. I have purchased several cars over my lifetime and can honestly say Don is the best sales person I have ever worked with. I gave a 3 rating to the overall experience due the financing department. This has nothing to do with Don Calvin. After working with Don approximately 4 hours, I was a little tired and felt the finance manager talked fast, rushed me and did not explain extended warranties very well. I signed up for the lowest price of the extended warranties basically just to get out of there. When I got home and read the paperwork I found out I had signed up for about $2800 worth of warranty that I really did not want nor could afford. This was corrected quickly the next day as the extended warranty was removed from my contract. I realize I am responsible for what I sign for but found the whole experience very stressfull. But, as I said, in the end the problem was quickly corrected. More
We couldn't be happier with the customer service provided by Jim Lodes and Terry Watkins at Bommarito Ford. Jim greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. I had asked to see the 2013 Ford Escape that was by Jim Lodes and Terry Watkins at Bommarito Ford. Jim greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. I had asked to see the 2013 Ford Escape that was advertised in the newspaper. Jim showed me the vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. He was very thorough in regards to showing myself and my wife all the in and outs of this vehicle. There was no high pressure sales tactics, no bait and switch, just very courteous respectful knowledgable customer service. They were fair on my trade in. The finance manager, Chris, was also outstanding. He went over everything very clearly and was never pushy about buying the extended warranty. We also were assisted by Terry Watkins, who along with Jim Lodes, showed us all the details about the SYNC voice activated system. I can't recommend this dealership enough, as they truly exhibit a team atmosphere. Can't forget how my kids loved the free ice cream offered here. More

Everyone at the dealership was EXTREMELY friendly. They didn't try to sell us a more expensive car and only showed us the ones we were interested in.
