Keith greeted us and did what I wish all car salesmen would do, he told us he would let us check out the lot, but check in on us in about 15min to see if we had any questions. I found a truck I liked, took it for a test drive and loved it... but I had to get it at a good price. I was in a "want" stage not a "need", so I was not going to put myself in a bad position just for a truck. After doing some minor negotiations, Keith was able to get what I owed on my trade-in (a 2013 Sonata... bought in 2012) and still got me a rocking deal on the truck. He did not try the "rolling over" money into the new loan trick either. Additionally, he did not push all the annoying junk that most dealerships try to sell you since they make big profits on them (i.e. VIN in window, extended warranty) Only complaint: errors with filing the paperwork to payoff my trade-in and with registering/plating my new truck in South Dakota. Could have been resolved if back office contacted me immediately instead of me having to call them after noticing my trade-in had not paid off after 10 days. Reasoning provided was they didn't know my bank name, which was located on my credit application or easily available by calling me. If you are registering outside of MO or IL (Military folks) make sure you stay on top of your registration/plates. Went to Bommarito Ford after visiting another dealer on the Illinois side of the river. Saw an add price for a new Ford Fusion and the Illinois dealer told me the add was for the previous month.
