I recently had my very first experience buying a brand new car, a 2014 Ford Escape at Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood. U really had no idea what I really wanted. My sales associate Dan Lesinski was fabulously new car, a 2014 Ford Escape at Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood. U really had no idea what I really wanted. My sales associate Dan Lesinski was fabulously helpful! This man was patient and very through in all of his explainations of every aspect of this transaction. Never once did I feel the High Pressure Sales Pitch you so often hear of. I would definetly rate Dan alone a 10 on a 5 scale system. He truly made my experience enjoyable. The entire staff at the dealership was very accomadating. Jennifer at the front desk, fabulous! Jennifer in the back office, very through, Chris in financing, well he was very financiny! Even Tommy B was fun to interact with. He had a great sense of humor and I appreciate that! I even had an associate that I had no dealings with get me a chair even before I knew I needed one. Mine had been used by another customer. Talk about customer service! All in all Bommarito is the place to go for a new vechicle! I was "blown away" by the salesman's (Steve) desire to find the vehicle that i wanted and then make sure that i receive the lowest price.
