We visited the dealership to look for a Fusion and was lucky to run into Jim Lodes who showed us both the 2013 and 2012 certified Fusions. The ease and care we received from these gentleman made the purchase the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our son was with us when we made the purchase and was so impressed he bought a Fusion from Jim and Dan the next week. we would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to look up these gentleman for help in buying a vehicle. We also have had our Taurus serviced in their shop and the work was quick and handled with great care by the service manager and the technician who worked on the car. Purchased new F150 a year ago. Matt Goodson was an outstanding sales associate to work with. Service department has been extremely helpful in several areas over the last one year and 28, 000 miles. I had a great experience with Ford Bommarito and my salesman Nathan! I saw the car on Craigslist, contacted Nathan over the phone, he got with the finance team, by late afternoon I had a call that I wa salesman Nathan! I saw the car on Craigslist, contacted Nathan over the phone, he got with the finance team, by late afternoon I had a call that I was approved and to come in! I was worried about being approved because of some issues in the past, but the finance guy Tony was wonderful and really made me feel good about my purchase & rate - which was excellent! Nathan walked me through all the bells & whistles on my car and there was no doubt in my mind I made the right choice....... not only with my car, but the dealership! More

When my 1999 Ford Explorer did not want to run any longer, due to an accident, it was rear-ended, I found myself in need of a new vehicle. I arrived at Bommarito Ford at 10:00 am and left at 1:30 pm with a 2014 Ford Escape!! Bernie Johnson was the sales rep. Bernie has a way of making you feel calm, and I so appreciated his expertise in finding me the right vehicle for my budget. If you visit Bommarito Ford, it is a great experience, I felt like I was at home. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. I have just bought a brand new 2013 V6 Mustang from Bommarito Ford. The purchasing of the vehicle was very pleasant, as Jim Lodes was very patient and helpful in the selection of my new car. After driving the brand new vehicle slightly under 12,000 mi; the car broke down and was towed to Bommarito Ford at Hazelwood, MO. The problem was found to be the clutch completely obliterated and had failed under normal day-to-day transportation/driving routines. The service manager at Bommarito refuses to provide warranty on the clutch even when he specifically knew that the car was brand new with less than 12,000 mi. Bommarito Ford categorizes the clutch as a wear and tear part and is responsible by the customer. Even tires, and brakes are considered wear and tear items with warranty up to 18,000 mi; so should clutches if they are considered within the same maintenance category. After this experience I am very disappointed with Bommarito Ford for their lack of understanding and accommodations with the service of brand new vehicles. I am now reluctant to trust the reliability of parts issued from Ford Co. More
