But my husband promised I would like what Ford had come out with recently and my friend has a Fusion and I love it, so I went to see what they had. When I got in the door I was told they were closing for the night. I tried to maintain my composure, but after the day I had, it was difficult. I just felt like everything was working against me getting a new car and the car I have is breaking down and I was just ready to give up. I think the lady saw the look of defeat and felt for me because she grabbed a salesman for me. I'm SO glad Brad happened to be closest to her when she went to find someone! I'm not saying any of the other salesman are any less awesome, but Brad was the perfect fit for us. He wasn't pushy at all and he was super patient with me. You can ask my husband, that's not an easy thing to do! He texted me periodically to let me know what information he still needed and to let me know where they were at with the financing process. I work full time and can't always take calls, so the texts were very appreciated. I love that he kept me in the loop the entire time, I never felt like it was just a waiting game, or like I had been forgotten. I knew he was working on it and how it was going the entire time. I'm not a patient person, so these updates put my mind at ease. I know everyone wants to retire and enjoy their "Golden Years", but I hope Brad never does. He needs to keep working at least long enough to sell my kids their cars. It was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely refer anyone who is looking for a car, to go check out Bommarito first. I know I wish they had been my first stop! More

If you are looking for a new car, go to Bommarito Ford before you go anywhere else. Nathan was friendly and knowledgeable and new exactly what we were looking for, but put no pressure on us to buy or show us more expensive cars - which was a big change from other places we'd been. Everyone at the dealership was so warm and welcoming - even going out of their way to help us entertain our one-year old son who was with us while we shopped and later filled out paper work. Nathan stayed late to show us all the features on our new 2014 Ford Escape and make sure we knew everything about the car before we left the lot. And the price absolutely can't be beat - my husband keeps saying, "I can't believe we got a car like this for what we paid - I thought we'd pay so much more for something this nice!" We are 100% happy with the purchase of our new Escape - we keep fighting over who gets to drive it! We may need to buy another car to keep the peace, and if we do, it will be at Bommarito Ford for sure. More
