GREAT Customer Service Yesterday I bought a used 2015 Ford Super Duty Platinum from Les at Bommarito Ford and got a great deal on it! A couple years ago, I bought a new 2015 Ford F150 from Lamont also at Bommarito Ford. I had such great service the first time buying from this dealership, so I gave them a second try yesterday and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Tony, is also always great to work with while filling out paperwork. I drive an hour and thirty minutes to go to this dealership. That's how satisfied I am with them!! After recall, air bag light is now on I made an appointment for my 06 Ranger earlier this month to get the air bag recalls done. I dropped my truck off before 0900 Wed. morning, Feb. 14 an I made an appointment for my 06 Ranger earlier this month to get the air bag recalls done. I dropped my truck off before 0900 Wed. morning, Feb. 14 and was assured that it would be done by the end of the day. I called around 1530 that afternoon and was told that it would be ready this morning, Feb. 15. When I did not get a phone call by 1300 Thursday afternoon, I called and was told that I would get a return call within minutes. When I left to go back to work at 1415, I had gotten no call. When I got off the clock after 1600 from my bus route, there was a message on the home phone that it was done. Around 1630, I was at Bomm. Ford to get my key back as I left it there and would come back later this evening when my wife dropped me off on her way to work at 2045. After starting it up and driving off the Ford lot, the air bag light is now on as opposed to before when it was not on before recall work was performed! I will be back tomorrow morning to drop it off again and more than likely, get a loaner car since my HSD bus route has a half day tomorrow! I was being generous when I gave you all 1 star! More
